After years of practising Hatha Yoga, Ram undertook the internationally-acclaimed 1750-hour Isha Hatha Yoga Training Program in South India in 2019, out of a desire to not only practice – but also teach – yoga to more people in the community.

As well as Hatha Yoga, Ram is passionate about helping students achieve wellbeing through healthy lifestyle choices and balanced, nutritious diets.

What is the workshop format?
The workshop runs across 3 x 1-hour online sessions.

Who is this program for?
Anyone can join this program who wants to explore how food affects the human system from a yogic science perspective.

Is there a live teacher conducting this program? Or is it entirely pre-recorded?
The program is conducted live over webinar, with some pre-recorded videos presented throughout. Students will be able to interact with the teacher and ask questions throughout.

What is the cost of the program?
Full price is $59. Early bird price is $49. (Includes GST)

Do I have to commit to every class?
Yes, it is mandatory to attend all three online classes.

I don’t practise yoga. Can I join this program?
No prior experience of yoga is required for this program.

I have food allergies. Does this program cater to that?
The program does touch upon different aspects of food allergies. Many of the recipes we provide can be amended based on your dietary requirements.

Is this program about being vegan? What if I like eating dairy and meat from time to time?
This program does not prescribe what one “should” and “should not” eat. Rather, it attempts to bring awareness about the impacts of different foods on the system from the perspective of yogic science. We encourage participants to experiment with the recipes provided in the program so they can experience the effects firsthand.
