All pricing includes GST, is correct as of July 2017 and subject to review

No refund will be provided for cancellations made within a 7 day period of the program start date
Cancellations made within a 14 day period (and more than 7 days) are entitled to refund of 50% of the full fee minus a 10% administration and processing fee
Cancellations made outside of a 14 day period are entitled to a refund of full fee minus a 10% administration and processing fee
If unable to attend a workshop due to exceptional circumstances, enrolment can be shifted to a future program. Please provide a detailed explanation by email writing to

Payment is to be made online or in person at the studio prior to attending the first session
No refund will be provided once the course has commenced
No transfer to a future beginner course will be possible once the program has commenced. Registration and payment will need to be completed once again
In exceptional cases, a transfer can be provided to an upcoming workshop thereby discontinuing from the beginner course, and a discount on the workshop price can be offered in lieu of the beginner course fee

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that memberships are set up as monthly automatic payments that will continue until the end of the term of your membership as clarified at the time of setting up a membership
In the event that you wish to cancel a membership, please send a detailed email to providing the reason for the cancellation
Permanent cancellation of membership (or temporary suspension of monthly payments) will only be entertained under exceptional circumstances, for example, extended injury or illness or in case of relocation to another city or extended vacation overseas
In all other cases, we encourage members to continue making use of their membership. If cancellation is the only remaining option, we require a detailed explanation by email providing valid reasons as to why the member is unable to attend practise sessions as per the existing schedule
