Gentle Yoga and Simple Guided Meditation
Learn a simple and gentle yoga practice to rejuvenate the system and activate the joints, remove stiffness and tiredness and bring balance to the system.
This will be followed by a short guided meditation for overall wellbeing.
Each session will feature a different combination of a physical practice and meditation.
