Learn simple yet potent beginner-level Isha Upa Yoga practices for deep relaxation and activation of the joints, muscles and energy system in our 6-week beginner course.

You don’t need any prior experience of yoga, or any special agility.

Timings:

The course runs over 6 weeks, and you can attend one or more classes per week, choosing from the scheduled times below: 

  • Tue: 12.05 - 12.50 pm or 5.45 - 6.30 pm

  • Wed: 09.30 - 10.15 am or 12.05 - 12.50 pm

  • Thu: 09.30 -10.15 am or 5.45 - 6.30pm

  • Sat: 7.00 - 7.45 am

  • Sun 5.00 - 5.45 pm
